The SC30 is larger than the stock coil, so it does increase swing weight and can feel tiring during multi-hour hunts. The 12x9 semi-elliptical shape provides good maneuverability and control. If you're hunting open fields or beaches where you're covering ground quickly, the fatigue tradeoff is worth the depth and coverage gain. For tight spaces or all-day urban hunts, stick with the smaller stock coil.
