The KR24 works with your existing detector settings when you swap it onto a compatible Kruzer or Anfibio detector. You may want to re-run ground balance after installing the coil, especially if you're hunting in mineralized soil. Re-run ground balance when swapping coils for optimal performance. Beyond that, your existing sensitivity, discrimination, and tone settings will work with the KR24 just as they did with your previous coil. The installation process is straightforward and requires minimal adjustment.
