To use the Nokta SP35 DD coil, your Nokta Simplex+ metal detector must be updated to software version 2.76 or higher. If your machine is running older factory firmware, the detector will not recognize the new hardware. Updating your device is simple: connect your control box to a computer using your USB charging cable and download the latest update package directly from the official manufacturer portal before heading out into the field.
