The DEUS II transmits 4 to 45 kHz simultaneously in Fast Multi Frequency mode, and also offers 49 selectable single frequencies across that same range. FMF mode runs multiple frequencies at once to stabilize target ID in mineralized soil and saltwater, while single-frequency mode lets you optimize for specific targets like small gold or deep silver. You can switch between FMF and single-frequency programs through the remote control's menu without restarting the detector.
