This coil cover does not affect detection depth or sensitivity on the XP Deus platform. The reinforced polymer material is non-metallic and thin enough that it sits safely outside the coil's electromagnetic field—a crucial factor when dealing with highly sensitive metal detector technologies. Signal transmission and ground balance remain unchanged. We've run side-by-side depth tests on air-test targets and buried coins with and without the cover installed, and the results are identical. The cover adds negligible weight, so swing fatigue stays the same.
