Installing the XP Deus 9-inch coil cover takes under 30 seconds with a snap-on fit. Align the cover's mounting tabs with the coil housing, starting at the tip and working toward the ears, then press firmly around the perimeter until you hear or feel the cover snap into place. No tools or adhesive are required. The cross-pattern tread should face downward toward the ground. To remove the cover for cleaning or inspection, peel it off starting from one edge and work around the perimeter. The cover stays secure during aggressive ground scrubbing but removes easily when needed.
