Before submerging the remote beyond shallow wading depth, replace the grey connector cap with the red cap (included in the box). The red cap provides higher pressure resistance and maintains the IP68 seal under sustained submersion. After your dive, rinse the remote with fresh water to remove salt and sand, then swap back to the grey cap for land use.
