The S-Telescopic Stem uses two quick-lock collars that clamp the inner shaft sections once you've set your desired length. Our team has run this stem across plowed fields, rocky hillsides, and wet sand beaches without experiencing collar slippage during normal swinging. The collars require deliberate hand pressure to release, they won't unlock from detector weight or coil momentum. After extending the shaft to your preferred height, twist each collar clockwise until it stops, the carbon sections will hold that position through a full hunt session.
