The WS5 headphones can control the XP Deus without the remote by using the integrated LCD display to adjust all detector settings. You can change discrimination, sensitivity, ground balance, frequency selection, tone modes, factory programs, volume, reactivity, transmit power, and other parameters directly from the headphones. This standalone operation eliminates the need to carry the remote, reducing system weight and simplifying your setup to just the coil and headphones. The WS5 accesses the same 10 factory programs and 8 user-customizable program slots that the remote provides.
