The Ground Shark's sharpened curved edge and side edge maintain their bite through normal use in soil and roots, but you can touch them up with a file if they dull from striking rocks repeatedly. The serrated edge is self-maintaining and doesn't require sharpening because the teeth cut through roots by tearing fibers rather than slicing.
