I went across the road to a old country school yard right after a rain when I first got my Whites classic detector, The rain had made it easier to detect the many I found that day. But my very best find that day was a 1923 Peace dollar. I hunted the school yard many times after that and found lots of coins and items but none as good as the Peace dollar.
