The CORS Strike 12x13 in DD coil is an aftermarket upgrade for the original Minelab X-Terra series. Its light open-frame design covers more ground than the stock coil, and the DD field handles iron-littered parks, beaches and old homesites. Swing slowly to pick up small targets, including pieces under 1 g.

Fits: Minelab X-Terra 30, 50, 70, 305, 505, 705 and 705 Gold. Does not fit the X-TERRA Pro or X-TERRA Elite.

Will the CORS Strike fit the Minelab X-TERRA Pro or X-TERRA Elite?

No. This coil fits only the original X-Terra series: the 30, 50, 70, 305, 505 and 705. The X-TERRA Pro and X-TERRA Elite use a different coil connector and electronics. For those models, see coils in our Minelab X-TERRA Pro collection.

Does the all frequencies version work equally well on every X-Terra frequency?

It runs on each frequency your X-Terra supports, so you do not need a separate coil for each one. Multi-frequency coils like this usually perform best at one frequency and slightly less at the others, so if you mostly hunt one frequency, tune your setup around it. Is a 12x13 in coil too big for trashy parks?

Not with a DD coil and a slow swing. The DD field is narrow down the center, which helps separate targets even on a larger coil, and CORS built the Strike for iron-littered ground. In very dense trash a small coil still separates better, so compare sizes in our metal detector search coils.
