The Garrett Z-Lynk 2-pin AT cable is the audio lead that connects a Z-Lynk wireless transmitter to the 2-pin headphone port on AT series detectors. One end is Garrett's 2-pin AT connector, the other is a Micro USB that seats into the transmitter. Plug it in and an AT Pro, AT Gold, ATX, or Sea Hunter Mark II can send its audio wirelessly to a Z-Lynk receiver and your own 1/4" headphones. The cable ships with an extra mounting band for strapping the transmitter to the shaft, and it's the same cable found inside the Z-Lynk Wireless Kit, so most buyers here are replacing a lost or damaged one.

    What's Included

    • Garrett Z-Lynk 2-pin AT headphone cable (2-pin AT connector to Micro USB), part 1627410
    • Extra mounting band for the transmitter

    Why You'd Need This Cable

    • It's what makes an AT detector go wireless. AT series machines use a 2-pin port, not a 1/4" jack, so a standard cable won't reach the transmitter.
    • Replace a lost or damaged cable without repurchasing the whole Z-Lynk transmitter and receiver kit.
    • Keep your existing headphones. Pair this with a Z-Lynk receiver and any 1/4" headphones you already own go wireless.
    • Extra mounting band included — the small rubber part that always disappears first.
    • Genuine Garrett part, built to the same fit and audio spec as the one in the kit.

    How It Connects

    • 2-pin end: into the headphone port on your AT series detector.
    • Micro USB end: into the audio port on the Z-Lynk transmitter.

Strap the transmitter to the shaft with the mounting band, pair it to your Z-Lynk receiver, and hunt. Nothing to configure.

Two things worth knowing. The Garrett AT Max has Z-Lynk built into the detector, so it doesn't need this cable or a separate transmitter. And Z-Lynk modules use a Micro USB port for audio plus a separate USB connection for charging — this is the audio cable, not the charging cable.
