Minelab 11" Round Monoloop Commander Coil for GPX, GP and SD Detectors

The 11-inch Monoloop Commander Coil is compatible with Minelab GPX 5000, GPX 4800, GPX 4500, GPX 4000, GP 3500, GP 3000, GP Extreme, and the older SD series including SD 2200v2, SD 2100v2, SD 2200d, SD 2100e, SD 2100, and SD 2000 detectors. The coil is compatible with all listed models and has been designed by Minelab's team of scientists and engineers for optimum performance with MPS technology. The 11-inch Monoloop Commander Coil is water-resistant but not fully waterproof or submersible. It handles rain, wet grass, damp gravel, and shallow puddles without damage, making it suitable for creek-bed prospecting and early-morning hunts in dewy conditions. However, do not submerge the coil in water or use it for underwater detecting. For prospecting in streams or rivers, keep the coil below the surface only briefly and avoid dunking the cable connection point. The coil's robust construction is designed to excel in the rugged conditions of the goldfields while maintaining water-resistant protection during normal field use.

The 11-inch Monoloop Commander is extremely sensitive to small gold nuggets including sub-gram targets. Monoloop winding maximizes sensitivity to tiny nuggets compared to Double-D coils of the same size, which prioritize ground coverage over small-target response. The coil's Litz wire construction improves signal transmission through its high surface area, which provides greater transmission ability and preserves weak target responses that standard wire would lose. The package includes the 11-inch Round Monoloop Commander Coil, a protective coil cover to shield the winding from rocks and abrasion, and mounting hardware (bolts and washers) to attach the coil securely to your GPX, GP, or SD detector's lower shaft. The coil ships with a shielded cable terminated in a gold-plated plug for noise-free connection to the detector's control box. The 11-inch Monoloop Commander performs well in moderate mineralization but requires careful ground balancing in highly mineralized soil. Monoloop coils are more sensitive to ground noise than Double-D coils, so you may experience increased chatter in hot ground with high iron content or variable mineralization.
