The Quest Scuba Tector II is a sealed underwater metal detector rated to 200 feet (60 meters), built for one job: sweep the bottom and recover what dropped. Its 95 kHz pulse induction circuit stays silent in saltwater and black sand, the enlarged epoxy filled mono coil reaches deeper than the original Scuba Tector, and the one piece body has no open ports at all thanks to a sealed magnetic charging connection. One button runs everything. No fluff menu, no settings rabbit hole, just clean signals in the surf line, the river bottom, and the dive site, in your choice of Passion Orange or Stealth Black.

Simple on Purpose, Serious by Design

Underwater recovery punishes complexity. Gloved hands, moving water, and limited air are no place for menu diving, so Quest built the Scuba Tector II around a single button and two ways of working: cruise scanning to cover a wide swath of bottom quickly, and pinpoint by edge to shrink the signal down to an exact dig spot. Pulse induction technology reads the decay of conductive targets instead of fighting ground minerals, which is why rings and coins sound off cleanly in wet salt sand that turns VLF machines into noise makers. When the coil crosses metal you get the alert your conditions demand: sound for murky water, vibration for zero visibility silt clouds, LED indication for the quiet approach, with three target alert modes to combine them. A loss alarm helps the detector come home from every dive, the rear thread accepts the included wrist lanyard or a rod extension for comfortable beach sweeping, and the magnetic charger snaps on with nothing to unscrew and no cap to lose. Salt rinse, snap on the charger, done.
