Pulse induction ignores the ground mineralization that blinds VLF detectors - and the Axiom refines it further with four selectable pulse timings, each engineered for a different job: fine timings sharpen response on sub-gram pickers and specimen gold, while larger timings drive maximum depth on big nuggets and caches. Instead of one compromise setting, you match the machine to the gold you're chasing.

Terra-Scan Ground Balance

The Axiom's Terra-Scan system runs an independent dual-channel ground balance covering the full range of mineralization - from heavily magnetic ironstone to wet salt flats and everything in between. The result is a quiet, stable threshold in ground that forces other detectors to run de-tuned, which is where deep gold gets found.

Two Coils for Two Jobs

Run the 11" x 7" mono for the hottest sensitivity and depth on small gold in open ground. Swap to the 13" x 11" DD when you need EMI resistance near power lines, better manners in trashy camp ground, or the Iron Check feature - a DD-coil capability that lets you audibly test whether that deep target is iron before you dig a two-foot hole.
