The Minelab WM 08 Wireless Audio Module adds wireless headphone freedom to the Equinox 600 and 800 — the two Equinox models without built-in Bluetooth. Clip it on, connect your headphones, and lose the cable between you and the detector. You can even link up to four WM 08 modules to one Equinox 600 or 800, which is ideal for group training or letting a buddy listen in.
It has a 3.5mm (1/8") headphone jack plus a threaded socket for EQUINOX waterproof headphones, so you can run almost any wired set wirelessly. A USB charging cable with magnetic connector is included. (Note: the WM 08 module itself is not waterproof.)
Pair it with
- EQUINOX waterproof headphones — thread straight onto the module's socket.
- Minelab wired headphones (3.5mm) — or any 3.5mm set you already own.
- Magnetic USB charging cable — a spare for the included charger.
Compatibility
Equinox 600 and Equinox 800 only. The Equinox 700 and 900 already have wireless audio built in, so they don't need the WM 08.
