    The Minelab WM 08 Wireless Audio Module adds Minelab's Wi-Stream wireless audio to the EQUINOX 600 and EQUINOX 800. Both detectors also have built-in Bluetooth with aptX Low Latency, but Minelab names the WM 08 as the fastest wireless audio for them: Wi-Stream has an audio lag of 17 ms, against 40 ms for aptX Low Latency and 100 ms for standard Bluetooth. A WM 08 comes in the EQUINOX 800 box, so EQUINOX 600 owners add one to get Wi-Stream, and EQUINOX 800 owners buy it as a second or replacement module. Clip it on, connect your headphones, and lose the cable between you and the detector. You can pair additional WM 08 modules to one EQUINOX 600 or 800, which suits group training or letting a friend listen in.

    Plug in your preferred 3.5 mm (1/8 inch) headphones, or connect Minelab's 1/8 inch to 1/4 inch headphone adapter cable (part 3011-0369) to the threaded socket to use 1/4 inch headphones. A USB charging cable with magnetic connector comes with the module.
