5-Year Warranty
Coverage:
- Duration: 5 years from the initial date of purchase
- Includes: Parts and labor for any defects in materials or workmanship
Post-Warranty Repair:
- Additional Repair Period: Minimum of 5 years after the initial warranty
- Repair Policy: XP will repair products for a reasonable fee regardless of the fault after the warranty period
Product Lifespan:
- XP Metal Detectors products are designed to have a lifespan of at least 10 years

Warranty Exclusions
Not Covered:
- Breakage due to falls, impacts, or accidental damage
- Damage from abnormal use or non-compliance with usage instructions
- Unauthorized alterations to the electronic circuit
- Use without coil cover or with a defective coil cover
- Corrosion of electronic circuits from water ingress
- Reduction in battery life due to ageing
- Breakage of cables or wires
Wear and Tear:
- Spare parts (not covered under 5-year warranty)
- Parts subject to normal wear and tear (headphone earpads, coil bolts and fittings, cases, etc.)
Special Warranty Conditions:
- Batteries, pinpointers, chargers, and connectors have a 2-year warranty
Warranty Claims
Procedure:
- Initial Steps: Use the diagnostic tool for troubleshooting
- If Unresolved: Contact your XP dealer for advice
- Returning Faulty Parts: Include a note explaining the fault and proof of purchase
- Customer Responsibility: Carriage/shipping costs
Warranty Continuation:
- If a faulty device is replaced with a new or reconditioned one, the warranty continues from the original purchase date
