Looking for a high-performance wireless headphone option for your XP Deus II metal detector? The XP WSA headphone lineup brings lightning-fast audio response, lightweight comfort, and rugged durability — all designed specifically for detectorists who demand precision.
What Makes the WSA Headphone Range Special?
Both models in the WSA lineup function as receiver-only headphones, meaning they keep things simple with:
-
One-button power control
-
Easy-use volume adjustment
-
Up to 17 hours of great battery life
-
3-hour fast charging
Like all XP wireless accessories, the WSA range uses XP’s proprietary ultra-low latency signal technology — approximately 10x faster than standard Bluetooth. That means instant audio response when detecting targets.
XP WSAII Headphones — Lightweight & Versatile
The XP WSAII Wireless Headphones are perfect for those who prefer a lightweight back-phone style design.
-
Only 72g
-
Rain-resistant construction
-
Detachable audio puck & replaceable headband

You can even swap the puck onto the detector stem or wristband as a visual remote while using the WSAII as dedicated receiver headphones.

Smart Auto-Power Features
To help maximize run-time:
-
Powered on but not connected → shuts off in 5 minutes
-
Connected but no button activity → shuts off in 5 hours
Both models also come backed by the XP 5-year warranty.
Quick & Simple Pairing
The Deus II RC or WS6 can only pair with one set of headphones at a time.
Unpair any existing headphones before connecting new ones. Then:
-
Select Pairing in the RC or WS6 menu
-
Turn on the new headphones while holding the “–” button
-
Wait for confirmation on screen
Once connected, they will auto-power on/off with your master unit.
Customize Your Sound with the Deus II Equalizer
The XP Deus II features a powerful graphic EQ to fine-tune audio clarity.
One recommended EQ setup for WSAII-XL owners (reduces mid-range ringing):
| Frequency | Setting |
|---|---|
| 150 Hz | +6 dB |
| 450 Hz | 0 dB (or -3 dB) |
| 2 kHz | +3 dB |
| 4 kHz | +6 dB (or +9 dB) |
Experiment and personalize — your ears will thank you.
