This customer find comes from Tom K., who uncovered a Seated Liberty dime while metal detecting at an abandoned ghost town somewhere in the Midwest. Over time, he has used three different detectors on this site, but it was the Minelab Equinox 900 paired with the 6″ coil that helped him make this discovery. The smaller coil allowed him to work through iron-rich ground and isolate this historic coin.
