This cover fits the Garrett ACE 9 x 12 in PROformance concentric searchcoil (PN 2221900), so what matters is the coil on your detector, not the ACE model. Garrett lists that coil as compatible with the ACE 100, 150, 200, 200i, 250, 300, 300i, 350, EuroACE, 400 and 400i. It does not fit the coil that comes standard on the ACE 300 (7 x 10 in concentric) or ACE 400 (8.5 x 11 in DD), and the 9x12 coil does not work on the ACE Apex.
