Minelab Headphone Adapter Cable 1/4 in to 1/8 in 3011-0369

The Minelab headphone adapter cable (part 3011-0369) has a 1/8 in (3.5 mm) male plug on one end and a 1/4 in (6.35 mm) female socket on the other. It lets you plug full-size 1/4 in headphones into the 3.5 mm waterproof headphone socket on the Minelab Equinox, Manticore, X-Terra Pro, X-Terra Elite and GPX 6000, and into the WM 08 wireless module.

About This Adapter

The 3.5mm end forms a complete waterproof seal with your detector, so you can submerge the cable without worry. The 6.3mm end isn't waterproof, but that's fine since your headphones won't be going underwater anyway.

Two things to know before you order. First, the 1/4 in end is not sealed, so the join between cable and headphone plug must stay above water; for diving or surf hunting with the detector under water you want a 3.5 mm waterproof headphone instead. Second, this cable goes one direction only: 1/4 in headphones onto a 3.5 mm detector. Detectors with a 1/4 in socket, such as the Minelab Gold Monster 1000 and GPX 4500 and 5000, do not need it and cannot use it.
